Fiber-based inserts & trays
HC Packaging's Vietnam affiliated molded pulp factory produces molded pulp, bagasse and bamboo-fiber protective packaging options.
These formats may be considered as paper-based alternatives to plastic inserts where the product, structure and handling requirements allow.

Rooftop solar initiatives
HC Packaging incorporates renewable-energy initiatives into manufacturing operations, including rooftop solar energy at applicable production facilities.
The initiative is facility-specific; no group-wide renewable-energy percentage or carbon savings is implied.
Process choices
Where specifications allow, options include soy-based inks, water-based adhesives and solvent-reduction practices. Actual production choices are reviewed for each project.

Are all custom advent calendar boxes FSC-certified?
No. FSC Chain of Custody certification belongs to the stated legal holder and scope; individual orders require the corresponding FSC claim in the sales or delivery documents.
Can molded pulp replace plastic inserts?
Molded pulp, bagasse or bamboo-fiber inserts may be suitable depending on shape, cushioning and product handling. Material selection is confirmed for the actual project.
Is every factory ISO 14001-certified?
No group-wide claim is made. The current ISO 14001:2015 document displayed here belongs to HC Packaging Vietnam Company Limited and its Vietnam Core Factory.
